We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and look after your home as if it were our own. There will be no mess, we tidy up before we leave and remove any unwanted packaging.
All products supplied include the standard manufacturer warranty, a minimum of 1 year. All
workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 5 years from the installation
date. If anything goes wrong with your aerial or satellite system as a
result of the original installation workmanship then it will be
promptly rectified free of charge.
Damage caused by an Act of God
(e.g. extreme weather, lightning, trees, pests) is not included in this
Tidal Guarantee but would typically be covered by your household
insurance.
The Tidal Guarantee does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
